Private Policy

Article 1. Data controller

The personal data collected from the Application from any Player wishing to access the Game is processed by the company MYSTRAL, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €500 and registered with the R.C.S. of Grasse under the number B 878 140 888, whose head office is located at 3 clos de durand, 06630 ROQUEFORT LES PINS and whose Manager is Sebastien ALESSI.

Personal data collected from Players is accessible:

- to employees of the company MYSTRAL when access to said data is necessary in the context of their duties;
- to the subcontractors selected by MYSTRAL to enable the supply of the Application and the Game. These subcontractors are likely to access, host or process, on behalf of MYSTRAL, certain Player data, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Article 2. Nature of the data collected

When the Player registers for the Game and connects via his Facebook account (Facebook Connect), he communicates to MYSTRAL his name and his personal email address associated with his Facebook account, as well as his list of Facebook friends. No other data is transmitted by Facebook.

When the Player registers on the Game but chooses not to connect via his Facebook account, the Player can use the Application and the Game without any personal data being communicated, by creating a pseudonym.

In the event of the purchase of content on the Application, the platform carrying out the transaction may communicate to MYSTRAL the name and personal email address of the Player associated with said platform.

Each Player undertakes to communicate to MYSTRAL only his own personal data, excluding any sensitive data and any information relating to third parties.

MYSTRAL does not collect or process any bank details. The Apple Store or the Android Store do not communicate data relating to transactions carried out via their platform. These data are collected and processed by these platforms, without MYSTRAL being able to modify this method of payment.

In addition, MYSTRAL may implement technical means to obtain non-personal information relating to Players and intended to improve the functionality of the Application, for example by tracking the number of visitors to certain pages.

Article 3. Purpose of the processing carried out by MYSTRAL

The personal data collected from the Players is necessary for the proper functioning of the Application and the Game. MYSTRAL undertakes to use the confidential information of the Players only within the framework of the operation of the Game, as well as within the framework of the promotion of other games published by MYSTRAL.

Article 4. Players' rights

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978 amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer has:

- a right of access: each Player can ask MYSTRAL to communicate the data concerning him;
- a right of modification/rectification: each Player may ask MYSTRAL to rectify, complete and/or update any personal data concerning him which is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated;
- a right of opposition: each Player may oppose with MYSTRAL that his data be used by MYSTRAL that his personal data be used for prospecting purposes, in particular commercial;
- a right of deletion: each Player may require MYSTRAL to delete his personal data. However, this right is only exercised within the limits of the legal obligations incumbent on MYSTRAL;
- a right to define directives relating to the storage, erasure and communication of his personal data after his death.
- These rights may be exercised by each Player, within the limits of the means available to MYSTRAL. Players must, if necessary, rectify their data directly from the Facebook application or from the platform of their terminal (Apple Store, Android Store).

Article 5. Duration of data retention

MYSTRAL retains the data of each Player for the duration necessary to use the Application and the Game.

The deletion of the Application and the deletion of a Player's account does not systematically lead to the deletion of personal data concerning him. To permanently obtain the deletion of personal data concerning him, the Player must send a request to this effect to MYSTRAL, by email: support@luckyzebra.com This right is only exercised within the limits of the legal obligations incumbent on MYSTRAL.

In its capacity as host of the data collected from Players, MYSTRAL has, under article 6 II of the law for Confidence in the Digital Economy of June 21, 2004, a legal obligation to keep certain personal data for a period of one year.

MYSTRAL must therefore keep, for a period of one year from the termination of the account of each Player, the email address, the pseudonym used by each Player.

Article 6. Data security

MYSTRAL undertakes to provide its best efforts to ensure the security of personal data collected from Players.

Each Player must also take the necessary measures to ensure the security of his data. To do this, MYSTRAL draws the Player's attention in particular to the need to refrain from including any data that is personal to him within his pseudonym.
